The 2010 INDIANA STATE & DISTRICT 6
TOURNAMENT will be held August 27-28, 2010
(Friday-Saturday) in Shipshewana, in Northern Indiana's Amish Country, at the
Davis Mercantile Building, 3rd floor, 255 E. Main St., Shipshewana, IN. 46565 (20
mi. East of Elkhart)
Classes A and B, 7 rounds with 3-move restriction, starting
Friday 11, 1, 3, and 5; Saturday 9, 11, and 1. Entry fee $15. ACF required
in Class A. Top-scoring Indiana resident in "A" will be State Champion. Top
Ind., Ill., Mich., or Ohio resident will be District 6 Champion. Cash and
merchandise prizes.
Beginners tourneys, 2 separate events starting Friday 8/27 at
12:00 and Sat. 8/28 at 9 a.m. Recommended for young players or those who have
never been in a tournament. About 5 rounds depending on entries. Entry fee
$10 one day, or $15 both days, Go as you please, merchandise prizes.
